A
rule out other neurologic causes- normal CBC, lack of inflammatory response, there are tests but none are gold standard

SAG 2 4/3 ELISA and IFAT (UC davis)

A
kill protozoa and decrease inflammation
folate inhibiting drugs-rebalance
ponazuril or diclazuril
NSAIDs
Dexamethasone
