Epinephrine action

A

Natural catecholamine, increases HRm cardiac contractile force, myocardial electrical activity, systemic vascular resistance and systolic BP. Decreases overall airway resistance and automaticity. Thru bronchial artery constriction may reduce pulmonary congestion and increase tidal volume

A

To restore cardiac rhythms in a cardiac arrest event
Allergic reaction/Anaphylaxis
Bradycardia refractory to dopamine
