- cardiac arrest
- bradycardia
- anaphylaxis
- shock
- IM for refractory wheezing
- neb for croup and bronchiolitis

Absolute Contradictions
A
- uncontrolled HTN
- Allergy

Precautions & Side Effects
A
Increases cardiac work and can precipitate angina, MI, or dysrhythmia, in pt with heart disease

A
- Onset: <2 min
- Peak: <5 min
- Duration: 5-10 min

- Onset: 3-10 min
- Peak: 20 min
- Duration: 20-30 min

1mg 1:10,000 every 3min
