What tests can diagnosis lateral epicondylitis?

A

Mill’s test:
- Extend elbow
- Pronate forearm
- Flex wrist
- Pain on palpation of lateral epicondyle

Cozens test:
- Extend elbow
- Pronate forearm
- Hold elbow with pressure on lateral epicondyle
- Apply resistance to the back of the hand whilst pt extends wrist
- pain = positive
