What inheritance pattern does it ave?
A
autosomal dominant

What is the presentation
A
Hard nodules on the palm
Finger pulled into flexion, unable to extend fully

What fingers is most commonly affected.
A
ring finger

what is the table top test
A
If patient can’t rest hand completely flat - positive

Q
what are the management options?
A
Conservative
Surgical
1. Needle fasciotomy
2. Limited fasciectomy
3. Dermofasciectomy - removing abnormal fascia and cord as well as skin
