alpha1 agonist (vasoconstriction)
beta1 agonist (increases HR, contractions force, electrical conduction speed) 
Beta2 agonist (dilates bronchial smooth muscle)

A

0.3-0.5mg IM may repeat 15-30 min

Pedi- 0.01 mg/kg
