Why should throttle movements be smooth?
A
Engines perform better and have less wear on them with slow movements on the throttle.

How many minutes should you run the engine before applying full power? How many minutes in cold weather?
A
4 minutes, 6 minutes in cold weather

What should you do with the oil temp prior to applying throttle?
A
Allow it to come up to “Green” temp so it can properly lubricate the engine
