Radio Communication and Apparatus spotting

A

Needs and actions taken must be communicated to the incident commander (example been elation forcible entry etc.) On the appropriate tactical channel communication should be short and to the point

Needs to consider hazards(building collapse, power lines) Street blockage use of apparatus etc. one spotting apparatus.

  1. Provide medical attention to the injured
  2. Set up medical rehab
  3. Firefighting
  4. IRIT
  5. If the rescue crew has been committed to firefighting tasks the crew should use full PPE advise the incident commander, request another rescue for patient care and rehab
