Now, you may want to know why we have to do all these things that i will tell you about? Well, it is important to look after ourselves in different way. We need to take care of ourselves so that we will be in good health and we can live a proper lifestyle and make the most out of it.
Firstly, We need to maintain our mental health and to achieve this, we must train our mind to keep our peace, not get into fights with others, try to always stay positive, and not harm anyone etc. We must balance our work - and - play ethic. By saying this, I mean that as well as studying or working hard, we need to make sure that we are getting enough rest and everyday we are setting aside some time to do what we love or something that relaxes us. This could be reading, drawing, spending time with our family and friends, listening to music or watching movies.

We must also ensure that we are getting enough sleep every night so that we can carry out our daily activities properly, etc. Now, in an instance that we DO have a late night studying or we were at an event, we should take a power nap in the afternoon. It should not be longer than 1 hr or we will feel groggy afterwards,

Next, exercise is also an important aspect of staying fit for both adults and children. We can do this in many ways, whether it is going to the gym, turning on an exercise video at home, or simply walking for 10 minutes after a meal, which also helps us to digest our food.

Lastly, I think we all know the quote “You are what you eat”. So, if we want to be healthy, then we have to eat healthy. Thus, our diet must be balanced and consist of different food groups which are carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, proteins and dairy. We should eat just the right amount of sugar as well, which will give us energy but not too much.

So, i would like to conclude here. I hope that we will all try our best to let go of negative habits like having a messed up sleep schedule which is probably relatable for most of us or maybe eating too many sweets, etc.
