-Prevents pain, swelling, vasodilation

- GI: microbleeding, superficial ulcers
- Platelets: bleeding tendencies, abdominal problems
- Repiratory system: Asthma attack/rhinitis possibility
- Kidney: risk of failure
- Risk of myocardial infarction and hypertension
- Adverse pregnancy

- Triple whammy (diuretics, ACEI)
- Potassium sparring diuretics
- Antihypertensive (negate effect)
- Blood thinners (increase effect)
