Can cause strokes, seizures, and neurological damage

Increased blood pressure from constricted blood vessels
Irregular heartbeat and damaged tissues

Freebasing (smoking crack) can cause lung damage
Overdose can lead to respiratory arrest (stopped breathing for prolonged period)
