What is done for management at JS for DRT?
low, medium and high levels
A
Favour alternate species.
- If infection level low Sx can be mixed if its well suited for the site.
- If Moderate infection. OK if Sx less than 40%
- If High JS should only be considered if density is exceeded. Consult regional pathologist.

What management at harvest/regen for DRT? What is important to remember about its spread?
A
- alternate species (not Sx)
- Stumping if coarse soils (30-70%) that are relatively deep and slopes less than 35%
- Spores can still be established post stumping.
- 5m avoidance in the small scale (woodlot) is feasible but not large scale.
