Caused injury or damage by attack on, or chasing, a person, animal or vehicle. The dog has repeated shown tendency to attack or chase even though unprovoked.
Can a cat found “at large” be seized by a council officer?
Yes, wandering cats can cause nuisance to neighbors, wail, cause fights, spray and even injure/ kill native wildlife, therefore by law any cat found “at large” can be taken to the lost dogs home
