What happens to velvet growth with decreasing daylight?
Increasing testosterone= shedding of velvet and calcification
How long is the velveting license good for?
3 years. The course is 2 days. National Velvet Accreditation Scheme (NVAS)
Can you amputate the velvet after calcification on the male deer ?
No
