how is DNA replicated (3)

A
  1. DNA helicase breaks hydrogen bonds - forms 2 single strands
  2. original single strands acts as template. complementary base pairing.
  3. condensation joins nucleotides of new strand together - catalysed by DNA polymerase. Hydrogen bonds form between bases
