Q

Diyhybrid

A

Involves more than one trait

Ex: Crossing hair and eye color to determine two traits of offspring

  • Use foil to cross

Q

Incomplete dominance

A

Neither allele shows completely, they mix to show the one trait.

Ex: Red and white flowers that have two dominant alleles make a pink flower.

Q

Mapping chromosomes

A

1) Determine the recombination frequencies by finding the different traits from the parents.

2) Add the recombination frequencies (2)

3) Divide by the number of offspring

4) Multiply by 100

5) Map (Will be a gage of numbers and that is how far away they are from the other)
