Although we had similar technical skills, the team was successful due to a range of personality types, trust, willingness, respect and sharing the common goal.

What is diversity?
A variety of tangible and intangible characteristics.
Individual people with differences personality or characteristics = can be age, race, background, language, education, culture.
Why is diversity good?
Offers a range of differences and uniqueness’s which aim to promote learning about differing cultures, perspectives and experiences which is for the greater good in my opinion
