  • Phone Number that is Calling
  • Person calling (ID Number if Student)
  • Person’s Name they are Concerned About
  • What is the concern Exactly?
    -Haven’t seen or heard from them
    -Been depressed, upset, sick, ect…
    -Threats
  • Where is the person concerned about Now?
  • Where do they Live?
  • When was the Last time you Communicated with them and How?
  • What Exactly was Said or Written?
  • Do they have any Weapons and what kind?

If the person they are concerned about is there with them, find out where they are, names, immediate concerns, weapons.

Ask the calleder to Hold

Send 2 Officers:
* Location if you know where they are Now. Where they Live if Not.
* Name of Person looking for
* Reason for Concern
* Any other pertinent information. (Ex-Caller is with them now, Depression, Weapons, Threats, Previous Attempts)

Go back to the caller and get the rest of the information.
Continue to pass information onto Officers.

  • What Phone Number does the Caller have for them?
  • What were they Wearing if Seen Today?
  • Where is the Caller Now? (Officers are going to want to talk to the complainant and see information they may have)

Dispatchers:
* Check Card Swipes to see if recently swiped in somewhere
* Check Flex to see if they have a Vehicle registered
* Do they have Parking Deck Access? If so, have an Officer check to see if their Vehicle is there.

STAY ON THE LINE UNTIL THE OFFICERS ARRIVE IF CALLER IS WITH THEM
