Invade cells by taking advantage of M cells(non-moving), escape and enter macrophages which travel to epithelial cells. Multiply in epithelial cells, killing them, and causing bloody diarrhea (disentary) Fecal-oral - 5 F (fingers, fluids, food, feces)

Causes the nonstop activity of enzyme Adenylate cyclase (converts ATP to cAMP), cAMP causes the electrolytes to leave the cell, which causes water to leave the cell. Diarrhea. Fecal water contamination (remember these do quorum sensing)
