Primary Syphilis
Solitary, raised, firm, red papule

Large rash with bull’s-eye appearance (Ixodes tick)
Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
Rash on palms and soles (tick bite)

Female: vaginal discharge (thin purulent, mildly odorous)
Men: burning upon urination, serous discharge
Chlamydia
Yellow mucopurulent discharge from the urethra
Females: vaginal discharge, abnormal vaginal bleeding
Males: urethral discharge, unilateral pain and swelling of scrotum
Malaria
Shivering, chills, high fever, Jaundice

Cough, sputum production -Weight loss
Blastomycosis
States east of the Mississippi River and Central America -Inflammatory lung disease and can disseminate to skin and bone
Coccidiomycosis
Southwestern USA, California
-Increase risk after earthquake
-Pneumonia and meningitis

Invasive Aspergillus
Dyspnea , Pleuritic chest pain, Hemoptysis , Bronchiectasis, Eosinophilia
Cryptococcus
meningitis, cough with scant sputum, hemoptysis
African Sleeping Sickness (Trypanosoma brucei)
Enlarged lymph nodes, recurring fever, somnolence, coma
Chagas Disease (Trypanosoma cruzi)
Dilated cardiomyopathy -Megacolon
Toxoplasma gondii
Cervical lymphadenopathy: non-tender
