Narrow-complex tach 15-20 mg IV bolus (.25mg/kg) over 2 minutes. An additional bolus dose of 20-25mg (.35mg/kg) over 15 minutes
PRN maintenance drip of 5-15 mg/kg can be administered, titrate to HR
