- When the colon movements are slow which causese the large intestine to absorb up more water. This hardens the feces, making it harder to eject.

- Happens when the colon does not absorb water making the feces watery consistancy

- Have a clean diet
- Drinking more water

- The body’s way of removing substances or a reaction that causes irration in the gut
- A series of contractions start in teh small intestien then move to the stomach goes up the esophagus and eventually out of the system.
- Symptoms: Nausea
- Mouthwatering
- Dizziness
- Abdomine pain
- Avoid vomitting, eat less, eat slower, avoid fried food
