-Costochondritis: Inflammation of the cartilage where the upper ribs attach to the sternum.
-Muscle Strain: Overuse or injury to chest muscles.
-Rib Fracture: Break in one of the ribs.
Psychological Causes of Chest Pain
Anxiety: Excessive worry or fear that can manifest as physical symptoms, including chest pain.
Panic Attack: Sudden and intense episodes of fear, often accompanied by chest discomfort.
