highly potent topical steroids such as clobetasol.
Underlying mechanism of acute kidney injury (AKI) in Acyclovir treatment
Tubular obstruction due to crystals is the underlying mechanism of crystal-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). Acyclovir has a low urine solubility and can precipitate within the renal tubules, causing tubular toxicity and obstruction
1st line tx for 1st degree burns
Topical moisturizers, such as those that contain aloe vera or calamine, are recommended to relieve symptoms of 1st-degree burns.

High potency topical glucocorticoid (e.g. Clobetasol)
Acute, diffuse non inflammatory hairloss, scalp and hair fibres appear normal and hair shaft easily pulled out (hair pull test)… Dx?

1st line topical antifungals - (clotrimalozole, terbinafine)
2nd line oral antifungals- (terbinafine, griseofulvin)
