Based on Breslow Thickness :
- > 1mm : Sentinel Node Biopsy (Metastasis + Staging).
- Surgery with Excision Margin (based on Staging).
- If Metastatic, Adjuvant Immunotherapy or Chemotherapy.

A
- Single Most Important Prognostic Indicator = Breslow Thickness.
- Highly Aggressive = Metastasis and Poor Response to Chemotherapy/Radiotherapy.
