HHV-8 (Human Herpes Virus-8) - seen in patients with end-stage HIV - tumour of vascular and lymphatic endothelium.

Clinical Presentation of Kaposi’s Sarcoma (3).

- Purple Plaques or Plaques on Skin/Mucosa (GI/Respiratory Tract).
- Skin Lesions can Ulcerate.
- Respiratory Tract = Massive Haemoptysis, Pleural Effusion.

Management of Kaposi’s Sarcoma.
A
Radiotherapy and Resection.
