What is the density?
A
The mass for a given volume
A high density object has lots of mass packed into a fairly small volume
A low density object has not much mass in a high volume

Density of an irregular object
A
Measure mass of object using top pan balance
Fill eureka can with water to the top, so its just below the spout
Place object in water, which will cause water to drip out the spout
Catch this water in a measuring cylinder which will give us the volume
Use density = mass/ volume
