My goals year over year is to grow my hospital base by 10%. From September 2020 to September 2021 I grew my hospital base by 16%. In order to grow my hospital base, I partnered with Practice Managers and Directors of Veterinary Medicine and educated them on the benefits of having an insured client base. From there I trained their staff and set goals with them for daily usage of the software. As a result, I completed the training and onboarding for all of the new hospitals which assisted in growing my Enrolled Clients by 24% and hospital software utilization by 12%.
