Controlled Drug:
SPAM
Any substance, preparation, mixture or article specified in schedule 1,2 or 3 and includes any temporary class drug and drug analogue.
Controlled Drug Analogue:
Any substance that has a structure substantially similar to that of any controlled drug but does not include:
a) any substance specified in schedule 1 or 2 or parts 1-6 of schedule 3
b) any pharmacy only medicine, prescription or restricted medicine
c) an approved product
d) a non-psychoactive THC analogue
Produce:
To bring something into being from its raw materials or elements. (Changing nature of the original substance)
Manufacture:
The process of synthesis, processing raw materials to create a new substance.
Supply:
Means to “furnish or provide something that is needed or desired”.
S2(1) MODA - supply includes distribute, give and sell
Distribution:
Relates to the supply to multiple people.
Sell:
an exchange of the goods in return for valuable consideration
Administers:
Involves introducing a drug directly into another persons system
Control:
Exercise authoritative influence over it
