- Pulmonary stenosis (PS)
- Overriding aorta
- Right ventricular hypertrophy

How do we know someone has it?
A
- infant may be cyanotic at birth
- others may have cyanosis that gets worse during the 1st year
- murmur
- have tet spells

tet spells (blue spells or cyanotic spells) are usually seen when?
A
during crying
after feeding
during bowel movements
all these things increase heart workload

what do tet spells put kids at risk for?
A
sudden death and seizures

what will older children exhibit?
A
- squatting

- exercise intolerance
