Will then spread outwards- due to leakage of the alveoli

5- Blunt Costophrenic angles
Consolidation Vs Effusion
-Consolidation: Non-uniform/patchy white sections
-Effusion: Uniform soft tissue density
o Look for a clear border + Meniscus sign
