  • as a DCI, it would be CPS, charities, businesses
  • identify new partners - open minded
  • build trust - be honest - if we muck up, say so
  • work out what they need and work collaboratively
  • they may have different needs
  • putting the public at the heart before making a decision
  • work out what we need - how can they help?
  • identify best forum to share info
  • regular meetings
  • set up connections at a bronze level as well as my level
