The information is clear and concise
Includes contacts for reference, making it easier for an organisation to contact them
Clearly laid out in black and white of qualifications and hobbies for the employer to easily see if they are worthy
Less time-consuming as you can shortlist

A
For a young person, their CV may be basic making it difficult for employers to see what they are capable of
