A
- Can reject a product (excluding digital products) and return for a full refund within 30 days, if not how good should be
- If fault occurs within the first 6 months of ownership, it is assumed it was there prior to purchase, unless proven otherwise

- after 30 days, a consumer must give a business one opportunity to repair or replace any good.
- if repair or replacement is unsuccessful customer can claim a refund or price reduction

- failure gives the consumer right to cancel purchase and receive a full refund

- strict liability test for defective products in uk law making the producer automatically liable for any damage caused.
