- crowed housing lead to increased spread of disease e.g typhoid

A
- increasing connectivity both nationally and internationally
- due to goods being passed through docks being traded across the whole world and country

- lower elderly residents
- most are aged 16-64
- Liverpool attracted migrants due to employment opportunities
- Migrants came from Asia, Hong Kong

- increased % of uneducated post 16 year olds (27.2%)
- 54.4% of Toxteth don’t have access to a car to a van
- only 24% are home owners
