A
At 10º. Use as much aileron required however, not accounted for in performance.

A
Yes.

A
Fixed derate is permitted
Assumed Temperature Reduction is not.

A
Yes.

When shall the Commander perform the takeoff/landing?
A
When the crosswind value exceeds more than 2/3 of the limiting value.

When is de-crab used, and when touchdown in crab used?
A
De-crab - on a dry runway. Downwind rudder and into wind aileron, wings level.
Touchdown in crab - slippery runway.
Allows for rapid spoiler and AB deployment.
