illegally transporting people, usually with an intention to sell them as slaves

element of planning, intention (usually about a murder)
Organised crime
crime by an organised gang

illegal import or export
White collar crime
financially motivated non-violent crime by an employee (using the workplace position)
Minor crimes = offences
non-violent crimes of a less serious nature
Pick pocketing
taking sth from another person`s pocket

stealing from a shop

driving when being intoxicated

crossing a road in an undesigned spot
Running a red light
going through trafic lights when they are red

deliberate damaging a property
First degree murder
intentional killing of another person by someone who has acted willfully, deliberately, or with planning
Second degree murder
murder with malicious intent but not premeditated.
Give sb the third degree
to interrogate them ruthlessly, to grill them without mercy, perhaps with threats or bodily harm.
