Describe the Mustang departure from RWY 13L and 13R
Departing rwy 13L, fly HDG 125; departing rwy 13R, fly heading 135, maintain 500’ MSL and 200 KIAS until abeam the high bridge. Then turn left hdg 105 and climb at 180 KIAS to 2500’ MSL. Contact Corpus Departure (Ch 8) and request a training area (North, Central, or South)
North: when passing the beach line, climb to 5,500’ MSL, and maintain 1/2 WTD northbound along the beach at 240 KIAS. When passing mustang beach airport, request working area on ch 17 (1 or 2). Once established under working area, climb to working altitude.
South: when passing the beach line, climb to 5,500’ MSL and maintain 1/2 WTD southbound along the beach at 240 KIAS. When passing Bob Hall Pier, request working area ch 17 (3 or 4). Once established under working area, climb to working altitude.

Describe the Kings 4 MOA departure from RWY 13L and 13R
Departing rwy 13L, fly HDG 125; departing rwy 13R, fly heading 135, maintain 500’ MSL and 200 KIAS until abeam the high bridge. Turn left to heading 350 and climb at 180 KIAS to 2,500’ MSL. Proceed direct to the Aluminum plant at 240 KIAS. Contact departure. Climb to assigned altitude (14,500 or 8,500). At alum plant, turn right HDG 360. Abeam Bayside, terminate w/approach. Switch to K4MOA common (ch 20). Contact Houston center (VHF 23).
