Raised JVP, Kussmals signs (JVP rise with inspiration)
Diffuse apex beat, faint heart sounds, S3,
hepatospnelomegaly, ascites, oedema

CXR-small heart and pericardial calcification (CT/MRI to differentiate from other cardiomyopathy)
