Not a disease, persistent symptoms referable to concussion lasting beyond 1 month.
What is a post-traumatic headache?
Headache beyond 2 months post injury
What is the physiology of a concussion?
Disruption of cell function, ion channels leak, calcium influx, cell dysfunction and damage.
If you detect GFAP in a spinal tap, what does that suggest?
That the axons are not healed
