aching, burning or cramping pain, tightness in affected leg, foot drop, swelling, numbness

A
bleeding, swelling, excessive pressure

What is the pathophysiology of CS?
A
fluid enters a fixed volume compartment
increase in tissue and venous pressure
the pressure exceeds capillary perfusion pressure
capillaries collapse
muscle and nerve ischaemia occur
