- Serious illness or death in the family
- Loss of health
- Emotional, physical, sexual abuse or domestic violence
- Divorce, separation or break up with boyfriend/girlfriend
- Psychiatric illness
- History of suicidal behavior
- Arrest of disciplinary crisis
- Loss of employment or other financial setback
- Entry into or finishing therapy
