Emailing a CE assessment including my commentary, which the Subcontractor did not understand. Therefore I arranged a meeting on site to present it to them, which they then accepted

A
- On OOC when assessing a CE for an extension to one of the wingwalls I allowed the Subcontractor to present their quotation
- I had already reviewed the quotation prior and had a list of items that I believed they had over priced
- Through the preparation I did, it allowed me to challenge these items in the meeting, which resulted in the Subcontractor reducing their price in line with the assessment I had completed
