It involves one or more people exchanging thoughts and ideas, where participants respond in real-time.
What is the Push Communication Method?
includes memos, letters, emails, reports, faxes, etc. It is not face-to-face but is instead typically done through some written medium
What is the Pull communication plan?
Pull communication is a communication method that provides access to the information however the receiver must proactively retrieve the information
What is the difference btw Stakeholder Engagement Plan vs Communication Management Plan
Comm management Documents the information flow to and from stakeholders as well as information governance and storage. Stakeholder Engagement Outlines strategies about the level of involvement and expectations that stakeholders have to maintain their support and minimize resistance of the project.
