Encoder
sender or source of message
Stimulus
factor that motivates a person to communicate w another individual
Sender
the person(s) who creates or sends the message to the receiver
Message
whatever the source communicated to the receiver
-goal is to have INTENDED message to be ACTUALLY communicated

Forms of communication
verbal (language)

Helping Relationship
