pathogens are microorganisms that enter the body and cause disease.
what does communicable and non-communicable mean?
Communicable means they can spread easily from one person to another and non-communicable means that it can’t be spread easily.
What be infected by pathogens?
Both plants and animals can be infected by pathogens.
What are bacteria?
Bacteria are very small living cells that reproduce rapidly inside your body.
How is bacteria and virus dangerous for our body?
The can make us feel ill by producing toxins that damage your cells and tissues.
What are viruses?
They are like bacterium really small and reproduce rapidly inside your body.
What are protists.
Protists are single-celled Eukaryotes.
What does parasitic mean?
Parasitic are animal that live of other animals.
How are protists transferred?
The are transferred by vectors like mosquito that cause the damage in our body but don’t get harmed themselves.
How do fungi get inside us and what are they?
Fungi are single-celled that penetrate (go through with a force) human skin.
