Left sided and rectal cancer signs
Rectal bleeding
Feeling of incomplete emptying

Barium enema
Sigmoidoscopy
CT colonography
Management
Surgical
Ceacal, ascending, proximal or transverse cancer sugergy
Right hemicholectomy
Distal transverse or descending colon cancer management
Left hemicholectomy
Sigmoid colon cancer surgery
Sigmoid cholectomy
Low sigmoid, high rectum cancer surgery
Anterior resection
Rectal cancer surgery
Trans anal endoscopic microsurgery, abdominal perineal resection
Post-op
Chemo reduces local occurrence
