Fill a Moscow Mule mug (or highball glass) with ice
Add to it
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Top with the ginger beer

Negroni

Add to a mixing glass
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Add ice and stir until well-chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube

Old Fashioned

Ask if the guest would prefer bourbon, rye whiskey or a blended whisky
Add to a mixing glass
1 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved
Then add
2 ounces bourbon (or rye whiskey, if preferred)
Add ice & stir until well-chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass
Then drop into the glass to garnish

Pimm’s Cup

Into a highball glass over ice, add
2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Top with ginger ale
Stir briefly to combine

Pisco Sour

Dry-shake (without ice) vigorously
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled

Add into a mixing glass 1 1/2 ounces scotch 3/4 ounce Drambuie Add ice & stir until well-chilled Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube

Sazerac

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe, discarding any excess, and set aside Into a mixing glass, add 1 sugar cube 1/2 teaspoon cold water 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters Muddle the sugar cube, water and the Peychaud’s bitters Then add 2 1/2 ounces rye whiskey Add ice and stir 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled Strain into the prepared glass (no ice, but glass should've been chilled in advance) Twist the lemon peel over the drink’s surface to express the peel’s oils, then garnish with the peel
