Tailbone- comrised of four vertebrae it is mainly an attachment point for ligaments

What are the three major bony landmarks of the coccyx
A
Coccygeal cornu- articulate coccyx with sacral cornua
Transverse processes- Occur at the first coccyx joint
Articular facet- articulates with sacrum

Gluetus maximus
Levator ani
Anococcygeal raphe- thin ligamne tthat supports coccyx and anus
