Describe the relationship between temperament and attachment
Temperament is a (child’s) constitutionally based emotional, motor, and attention, and self regulation.
The parents have to have adapt to the child’s temperament, to form a successful attachment.
Identify key results of attuned parenting
Attuned parenting is when the parents are aware of baby’s signaling, can distinguish between them, and respond promptly/appropriately
The results are that the child cries less, develop communication skills, and are more obedient to commands
